How much does a bug fix cost?
It depends on the problem. Small fixes are low cost and bigger issues get a fixed quote. I always tell you the price before I start, so there are no surprises.
How fast can you fix my website?
Most issues are fixed within 24–48 hours. Urgent problems like a site that is down are handled first.
Will you need my WordPress login?
Yes, I need admin access and sometimes hosting access. I suggest creating a temporary admin user that you can delete after the fix.
Will my design or content change?
No. I only fix the problem. I take a backup first so nothing is lost.
My site was built by someone else. Can you fix it?
Yes. I fix WordPress websites built by other developers, agencies or page builders like Elementor, Bricks and Divi.
What if the problem comes back?
If the same issue comes back because of my fix, I fix it again at no extra cost. To prevent new issues, you can also choose a monthly care plan.
