Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all website design, development, maintenance and related services provided by WebTechor (Rohit, freelance WordPress developer, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India). By confirming a project, paying an advance or subscribing to a care plan, you agree to these terms.

1. Quotes and scope of work

Every project starts with a written quote that lists the pages, features, price and timeline. Work that is not listed in the quote is outside the scope and will be quoted separately before it is done.

2. Payments

Website projects are billed 50% in advance and 50% on delivery, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Work starts after the advance is received. The website is moved to your live domain after the final payment. Monthly care plans are paid in advance each month.

3. Content and materials

You provide the text, images, logos, product details and other content for your website, and confirm that you have the right to use them. Delays in sharing content or feedback will move the delivery date.

4. Timelines

Delivery times shown on the website (for example 3–4 days, 5–7 days or 15–20 days) start once the advance and the required content are received. Timelines can change if the scope changes or feedback is delayed.

5. Revisions

Each plan includes the number of revisions stated in the quote or pricing plan. A revision means changes to the agreed design or content. New pages, new features or a new design direction are treated as extra work.

6. Domain, hosting and third-party costs

Domain, hosting, premium themes or plugins, paid tools and payment gateway fees are not included unless clearly stated in the quote. These services are governed by the terms of their own providers.

7. Support and care plans

Free support after launch covers fixing issues in the work I delivered, for the period included in your plan. Monthly care plans have no long-term contract and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date.

8. Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel a project after work has started, the advance covers the work already done and is not refundable. If I am unable to start or complete your project for reasons on my side, the unused part of your payment will be refunded.

9. Ownership

After full payment, you own your website, its content and your domain. I may show the finished website in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.

10. Access and security

For fixes and maintenance I may need admin or hosting access. Please share access securely and change passwords after the work is done. I am not responsible for issues caused by changes made by you, other developers, hosting providers or third-party plugins.

11. Limitation of liability

I take care to build secure and reliable websites, but I cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic or sales. My total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version on this page at the time you confirm your project applies to that project.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
